Empowering Men Together
"Building a Solid Foundation on Jesus Christ, One Man at a Time" Together, we will help present every man with a credible offer of the Gospel, encourage them to pursue God, and equip them for spiritual service in the home, church, workplace, community, and world. - Create a local men's ministry group in 50% of our conference churches
- Identify, train, and equip local chapter directors
- Train each chapter in reaching out to all men in their church and community
- Identify and train twelve district and four regional directors
- Identify and train four Assistant Region Directors
- Train and support the directors in the establishment of a strong conference men's ministries
- Hold an annual men’s event, quarterly regional conferences, monthly district rallies
- Provide masculine Christian fellowship
- Inspire, teach, and equip men to become involved in lifestyle evangelism
- Challenge men to serve by training, and involving them in their gifted ministries under the leadership of the pastor
- Challenge men to organize and support activities for boys through Royal Rangers
- Encourage men to sponsor and participate in new church planting
- Organize Men of Action ministry at the conference and local levels to reach out to the local church, community, state and nation in times of crises, disaster, and need
Our Mission
Men’s Ministries - Promote and implement the vision of “Empowering Men Together” in every local men’s chapter
- Create an attitude for men to serve each other, the church and their community
- Train every man to be a disciple and “To offer Christ"
- Train and assist our men on "Men of Action" projects
DRUSA- Identify and train region DRUSA coordinators
- Promote and train Disaster Relief Teams in each region and local chapters
- Conduct at least one annual training for DRUSA coordinators
- Promote the emphasis month for DRUSA
- Hold a annual DRUSA fundraiser
- Build a shower trailer
ROYAL RANGERS- Encourage and support the establishment of a Royal Rangers outpost in each church
- Promote the Royal Rangers Sponsorship Program
- Build a strong working relationship between Men’s Ministries and Royal Rangers
- Hold one annual Royal Rangers fundraiser
PUBLICATIONS AND COMMUNICATIONS- Produce a monthly Men’s Ministries electronic newsletter
- Provide regular updates to Men’s Ministries directors
- Create and maintain a conference web page
- Create and distribute email addresses to all staff and local chapter directors
